Answer: On most of our loans, the answer is "No", but in certain cases there could be because of lower credit, TIB, etc. but it is rare.
- What is the minimum credit score you will work with?
Answer: 600 FICO with Experian
- Do you do loans for Chiropractors?
Answer: Yes. Must be owner of Practice for 5 years minimum.
- What are your rates and terms?
